The province's ports also saw a cargo volume of 42.9 million tonnes, up 8.6 percent, and 4.04 million inbound and outbound passengers, up 13.2 percent last year, driven by the improved business environment.

The province has been making trade facilitation efforts and innovative measures to boost cross-border trade and deepen opening-up in recent years.
