ULAN BATOR, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- A concert to celebrate the upcoming Chinese Spring Festival or Lunar New Year was held here on Monday evening.
The concert co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia and the Chinese Cultural Center in Ulan Bator attracted hundreds of Mongolian citizens and overseas Chinese in the country.
During the one-hour concert, musicians and dancers from the Mongolian State Music and Dance Conservatory performed a medley of famous Chinese and Mongolian works.
The Spring Festival is the most important holiday in China, and falls on Jan. 25 this year.
