BEIJING, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- A web portal on translation and publication of key terms and expressions from China's official documents has gone live.
The website with multilingual translations is expected to present the international community a window into China's ideas and policies, officials said at the launch ceremony in Beijing Monday.
It is also intended to be an authoritative platform, providing translators with resources on the translation of vocabularies, terms and texts from official documents.
The website, an integration of four sub-platforms including "Keywords to Understand China," was jointly developed by the China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies, and China Academy of Translation. Enditem
