The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China concluded Thursday proposed major social and economic development targets for the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). China will speed up fostering a new development pattern where domestic and foreign markets can boost each other, with the domestic market as the mainstay. South Korean expert Kwon Gi-sik says China's new development pattern will inject more vitality into world economy.
