RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- Teenage forward Kaio Jorge struck twice as Santos advanced to the Copa Libertadores semifinals with a 4-1 win over Brazilian rivals Gremio on Wednesday.
The 18-year-old opened the scoring in the first minute when he pounced on an errant Jean Pyerre back pass and dribbled past goalkeeper Vanderlei Farias before firing in from an acute angle.
He netted again in the 54th minute by tapping in at the far post after a Madson Ferreira cross from the left flank.
Former Changchun Yatai striker Marinho and Laercio Solda were also on target as Santos completed a 5-2 aggregate victory.
In Wednesday's only other Copa Libertadores match, a 60th-minute strike from Lorenzo Melgarejo gave Racing a 1-0 home win over Argentinian rivals Boca Juniors in the first leg of their quarterfinal. Enditem
