RIYADH, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Former Brazil national team manager Mano Menezes has been appointed head coach of Al Nassr, the Saudi Arabian club said on Friday.
The 58-year-old will travel to Riyadh this weekend to sign a contract, Al Nassr said in a brief statement on Twitter, without providing details.
"Brazilian coach Mano Menezes will arrive with his coaching staff in Riyadh within 48 hours," it said.
Menezes has been out of work since parting ways with Brazilian Serie A side Bahia in December.
He was Brazil's national team boss from July 2010 to November 2012 and has also had spells in charge of Shandong Luneng, Corinthians and Flamengo, among other clubs. Enditem
