YANGON, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar reported four new COVID-19 infections in the past 24 hours, according to a statement from the Health and Sports Ministry on Saturday.
The number of COVID-19 confirmed cases rose to 142,576, while its death toll stood at 3,206, the statement said.
A total of 131,853 recovered patients have been discharged from hospitals so far.
