BEIJING, May 2, (Xinhua) -- On May 1, the first day of the Labor Day holiday, the Italian-style street in Hebei District of north China's Tianjin, ushered in the first public reception day after the overall upgrade. A light show was staged on the wall of Tianjin Planning Exhibition Hall with an area of about 800 square meters.

The light show included contents such as the ancient Silk Road and the "belt and road initiative", and also presented the story of Italian traveler Marco Polo's trip.

The light show used technologies such as naked-eye 3D, laser sky curtain, architectural mapping and surround sound.
