BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Tibet has established a student financial assistance system covering all stages of education from preschool to higher education, said a white paper issued Friday by China's State Council Information Office.
The system, supported by 40 financial assistance policies, covers both private and public education and all students experiencing economic difficulties, according to the white paper titled "Tibet Since 1951: Liberation, Development and Prosperity." Enditem
