NEW YORK, July 20 (Xinhua) -- Billings, a city in the western U.S. state of Montana, has topped a list of emerging housing markets, according to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ)/Realtor.com Emerging Housing Markets Index published on Tuesday.
The city grabbed the place due to "its affordability and appeal to remote workers," a WSJ article wrote.
Together with Billings, Coeur d'Alene in Idaho, Fort Wayne in Indiana, Rapid City in South Dakota, and Raleigh in North Carolina rounded out the top five, the rankings showed. Enditem
