Poverty alleviation project achieving goals in China's Henan

Starting at the end of 2014, the provincial government of Henan organized a pilot poverty alleviation project to relocate 14 villages along the Yellow River from floodplain area to new settlements, while encouraging resettled villagers to develop farming industry and tourism to increase their income.
