PARIS, May 29 (Xinhua) -- The Business 20 (B20) Chair Daniel Funes de Rioja on Tuesday defended the multilateralism, saying it is the right way.

In an interview with Xinhua in Paris, the B20 chair said "Not only myself, but my country and business community of my country are absolutely convinced that the multilateralism it the right way." But he noted at the same time that "but we need to pave the way, to prepare the way."

In his eyes, G20 has created a new, though weak, decision-making process to give input to the globalization system and to reorganize, the main concerns and main issues, to guarantee the balance and legal procedures.

Talking about China's reform, he said that with the new measures such as simplification of administrative procedures, "there was an evolution much closer to free market, to respect free initiatives in China."

In his eyes, Argentina "is building up and having an excellent relationship with China."

China is not only a very big market for Argentina, but also can help Argentina with infrastructure which is very necessary for the South American country, he noted.

B20 is the private sector's voice of the G20 community. It addresses the global challenges and priorities defined by the G20 countries, by building solid consensus among business leaders, international organizations and civil society regarding how they should be approached.
