RIYADH, July 14 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabia intercepted on Saturday a ballistic missile fired by Houthi militias toward its border city Najran, Al Arabiya news reported.

The attack came just four days after the Saudi-led coalition involved in the Yemen's war announced the interception of a previous missile launched toward another border city Jazan.

The coalition has been accusing Iran of supporting Houthi rebels by supplying them with arms and missiles.

Starting in 2015, the war shows no signs of end with Yemeni civilians suffering from airstrikes by the coalition, clashes between armed forces and devastating living conditions of food shortage and contagious diseases.
