4 killed in clashes between security forces, militants in Iran

TEHRAN, July 14 (Xinhua) -- Three militants and one member of the security force were killed in clashes in west Iran on Saturday evening, Tasnim news agency reported.

The clashes erupted in the Nodsheh border point in western Kermanshah province, and the "terrorist team" that intended to cross the border into the country were dismantled, the report said.

The militants planed to carry out sabotage inside the country. A sizable amount of ammunitions were confiscated from the "terrorists," it added.
