NEW YORK, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) -- The National Basketball Association (NBA) released its complete game schedule for the 2018-19 regular season on its official website on Saturday. The 73rd regular season will be unveiled on October 16, 2018, and conclude on April 10, 2019.

The opening day features the clashes between the Golden States Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder, and Philadelphia 76ers versus Boston Celtics.

Joining the Lakers in the summer on a four-year, $153 million contract, three-time champion LeBron James will make his debut with the Lakers against Portland Trail Blazers on October 18 and greet the home crowd two days later in the game against Houston Rockets. He will return to Cleveland against the Cavaliers on November 21.

James and Stephen Curry are the headliners for the NBA's Christmas Day with the Los Angeles Lakers traveling to face the defending champions. The Christmas Day also has the Rockets hosting the Thunder, the Celtics visiting the 76ers.

Among other key contests, Toronto Raptors' Kawhi Leonard will make his return to San Antonio on January 3 and then have a home match against his former side on February 22.
