MACAO, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- Macao has hoisted Signal No. 9 on Sunday morning to prepare for the incoming super storm, as Typhoon Mangkhut is approaching to the special administrative region (SAR).

Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau had hoisted Signal No. 9 at 9:00 a.m. local time. It said that severe Typhoon "Mangkhut" is located about 180 km southeast of Macao and moves toward the west coast of southern China's Guangdong Province.
