BEIJING, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- An evening science and technology exhibition was closed in Beijing Monday.
The evening exhibition, which was held at China Science and Technology Museum since Sept. 17, had six exhibition areas with activities such as 3D visual shows, science fiction exploration and a science carnival.
At the evening event, the participating visitors, who put on virtual reality (VR) glasses, tactile gloves and waistcoats with force feedback, were transported into science fiction-based gaming scenes where they experienced human-computer interaction.
The science fiction exploration featured the themes of ancient sci-tech, biological evolution, energy crisis, intelligent machines and space exploration.
This year marks the museum's 30th anniversary of service. The evening event was the first of the kind ever held at the museum.
