11 missing after ship sinks in Liaoning

Eleven people are missing after a ship carrying sand sank in seas off northeast China's Liaoning Province, local authorities said Sunday. The accident occurred at around 3 a.m. and the maritime search and rescue center of Huludao City received a report at around 5 a.m. The investigation of the accident is underway. (Xinhua)
