RIYADH, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabian Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday the execution of a Saudi citizen who was a member of Islamic State (IS) militant group, Al Arabiya reported.
The Saudi national was convicted in a number of crimes, including luring his own cousin to a desert area and killing him in the region of Hail, a crime that has shocked Saudi Arabia and the world.
He was also charged with murdering two citizens at a police station and shooting traffic personnel.
Saudi Arabia witnessed in recent years a number of bloody terror blasts and attacks by IS sleeping cells.
