The upper part of the combo photo taken in 2004 shows Yang Feifei posing for photo at a scenic spot shortly after he got a job in Foxconn Technology Group in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province. The lower part of the combo photo taken on Feb. 7, 2018 shows Yang Feifei posing for photo at a workshop in Longhua science and technology park of Foxconn Technology Group in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province. The 33-year-old Yang Feifei was from Sigang Village of Shigang Town, east China's Jiangsu Province. He joined Foxconn due to the love for mechanical engineering. He spent most of his time on work and made big progress in innovation. He was selected as the deputy to the National People's Congress in 2018. Migrant workers have contributed their strengths and talents to the development of cities in the past 40 years of China's reform and opening-up. They worked very hard to improve their professional skills and thus change their life. At the same time, the cities they worked in have also accepted them as citizens and rewarded them in various ways. (Xinhua/Mao Siqian)
