BRUSSELS, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) -- Norway's Joergen Grabaak won his first World Cup title of the season after beating a German pair in a Nordic Combined sprint finish in Ramsau, Austria on Sunday.

Graabak timed 23 minutes and 58.7 seconds to beat German Johannes Rydzek by 0.3 seconds in a 10km cross-country run after a normal-hill jump.

German Fabian Riessle finished third on 23:59.7 while Japan's Akito Watabe on fourth, 4.4 seconds behind Graabek.

World Cup leader Norway's Jarl-Magnus Riiber, who claimed his fourth straight win in Ramsau Saturday, did not take part in the cross-country stage after a poor jump.
