DAMASCUS, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) -- A car bomb went off near a prison in Syria's northern city of Manbij Tuesday, the latest in a string of bombings in that Kurdish-controlled city, activists said.
The car bomb went off near the central prison of Manbij, which is controlled by the Kurdish-led Manbij Military Council in the northern countryside of Aleppo province, opposition activists reported.
No casualties have been reported yet.
