SHIJIAZHUANG, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- Five people were killed and another three injured Sunday at a road accident in north China's Hebei Province, according to local authorities.
The accident happened at 10:24 a.m. at a rural crossroad in the city of Dingzhou. A passenger bus making a left turn crashed into stalls by the road, and then hit another off-road vehicle and an electric tri-cycle, according to the local police.
Three people were killed at the site and another two died in a local hospital.
The bus driver has been held by the police. Further investigation is underway.
