Implementation of rural vitalization strategy accelerated across China

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was convened in October 2017, for the first time proposed pursuing a rural vitalization strategy and made it clear that the development of agriculture and rural areas must be prioritized.
