Implementation of rural vitalization strategy accelerated across China

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was convened in October 2017, for the first time proposed pursuing a rural vitalization strategy and made it clear that the development of agriculture and rural areas must be prioritized. Revitalized rural areas spring up as the implementation of rural vitalization strategy is being accelerated across the country following the principle of building rural areas with thriving business, pleasant living environments, social etiquette and civility, effective governance, and prosperity.
