SHIJIAZHUANG, May 31 (Xinhua) -- Six people were killed in a truck-minivan crash Friday in north China's Hebei Province, according to the local authorities.
The accident occurred at around 5:19 a.m. when a heavy-duty truck collided with a minivan at a crossing near Zhaolanzhuang Village in the city of Jinzhou.
Five people in the minivan were confirmed dead at the scene, and one more died after being sent to hospital. No information is available about the truck and its driver.
An investigation has been launched over the accident.
