TEHRAN, July 26 (Xinhua) -- Iran dropped three spots to 23rd in the latest FIFA World Ranking, Persian Football website reported on Friday.
The Team Melli has remained as Asia's top national team.
Japan dropped five rungs to 33rd while South Korea, at 37th, remained as Asia's third highest ranked side.
The next FIFA World Ranking will be released on September 19.
