China's non-financial ODI up 3.3 pct in first four months

BEIJING, May 16 (Xinhua) -- China's non-financial outbound direct investment (ODI) in 148 countries and regions amounted to 233.41 billion yuan (34.64 billion U.S. dollars) in the Jan.-April period, up 3.3 percent year on year, the Ministry of Commerce said Thursday.
