KUNMING, July 20 (Xinhua) -- Police in southwest China's Yunnan Province captured a suspected drug-trafficker and seized 34.5 kg of drugs, local police said Saturday.
After receiving a tip-off, police officers in Gengma County checked the vehicle of a driver attempting to enter the county through the border area on July 6.
Police found 56 drug packages weighing a total of 34.5 kg hidden under a modified seat in the vehicle. The suspect was captured on the spot.
