TV's Fern has been keeping herself fit and healthy by cycling half way across Britton.

    The ex-Strictly Come Dancing star, 56, was snapped this weekend as she rode from Reading to Bath.

    Fern told her Twitter followers last week how she was taking a few days off to cycle the 85-mile journey along the tow path of The Kennet and Avon canal.

    She was spotted on Saturday as she rode through Hungerford in Berkshire wearing a blue Lycra top and black shorts.

    Fern, who had a gastric band fitted in 2006, is a huge fan of cycling and has ridden in Cuba, Egypt, India, Estonia, Russia and China.
